The Kenneth Myer Innovation Fellowships support breakthrough solutions to Australia’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. Offering $180,000 and 12 months of dedicated time, the Fellowship helps recipients advance early stage projects that align with key program themes: inclusion & equality, sustainability & environment (including climate change), and human, civil & legal rights. Community Grant Program 2024

auDA’s 2024 Community Grant Program will fund initiatives that promote digital inclusion and innovation to improve the utility of the internet across five priority groups. These groups include rural, regional, and remote Australians; Australians living with a disability; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples; older Australians (65 years and over); and young Australians (aged 12 to 24 years). The 2024 grant round will award $40,000 to each of 15 successful applicants. Social Enterprise Grants

The Social Enterprise Grants program, part of the Small Business Grants initiative, offers financial support of up to $25,000 per application for new and existing enterprises with a social purpose. A social enterprise is defined as an organization that generates most of its income from trade and reinvests profits into its social mission. Both not-for-profit and for-profit businesses, including certified B Corporations and those meeting Social Traders or People and Planet First criteria, are eligible to apply. Applications are evaluated based on their business plan, workforce and experience, impact and benefits to the City of Melbourne, and financial viability. Applications close 24 September.

WSA Australia

Syndics serves as a bridge for social enterprises seeking financial support by connecting them with social impact lenders and investors. With no fixed limit, loans and investments range from $5k to $500k. Social enterprises can submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) at any time, as submissions are reviewed upon receipt.
